Option 1: in the app
- Open Operator Fitness and sign in.
- Open the right-hand menu and choose Settings & config.
- Choose Delete account permanently and confirm with your password.
Deletion takes effect immediately and signs you out on every device.
Option 2: by email, without the app
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email support@operatorapps.dev from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Operator Fitness account". Include your callsign (username) if you remember it.
We confirm that the mailbox is yours before deleting, and complete the request within 30 days. We will email you when it is done.
What is deleted
Your account and everything in it: profile, workouts and sets, routines, custom exercises, personal records, achievements, goals, squad memberships, blocks and reports you made, and all Biometrics (health) logs. Squads you own pass to their longest-standing member, or are deleted if no one else is in them.
Deletion is permanent
It cannot be undone. If you want a copy of your data, export it first in Settings › Export my data.
When

What we may keep
- Security and application logs that contain only your former numeric user ID (no name, email or health data), for up to 90 days (180 days for the deletion event itself), to keep the service secure.
- Your deletion request email, for up to 12 months, as a record that we handled it.
- Data we must keep for an ongoing legal claim or investigation, if any, for as long as that requires.
Subscriptions
Operator Fitness has no paid subscriptions today. If you ever buy one through an app store, cancel it in your store account: deleting your Operator Fitness account does not cancel store billing.
